Shit Verio just went down and we got a flood of customers that could not access their sites. The call queue jumped from being free(we have 7 phone techs here) to 25. That's insane. Anyways, blame Verio .... I hate the interweb(Except for TTF and poker). I thought routers can automatically "learn" better paths?

But it wasn't on our end. That's why I was asking. It was an error with an upstream provider. I'm pretty sure Verio has more pipes. although I do second the time explanation. Cheers.
