That breadcrumbs thing at the top of the page should have a link to the forum homepage. n00bs may get confused because it only links as far as the forum your in.
Of course you can click the "think tank forums" link but the homepage breadcrumb could just be a static link, shouldn't take a minute to write it.

it's too redundant for me. i've always preferred simplicity to beginner usability.
