Right now im using the openwave browser on my verizon env and the site looks great on here.
you got the env? you lovin' it? how much did it cost?
my contract is up, and right now i have the v. i don't know if i want to drop ~$100 on a phone, though.
more ot.. looks like it's $150 online with a 2 year contract with verizon.
photo please :o
lol, ok, I'll take a pic and upload it sometime today or tomorrow
today plz!
hey, so how do you like the env?
i'm about ready to get one with a two year contract for $100.
:(
what?
I dont have it set up right now. right now, the time to get it to work doesn't outweigh what I would get. It's not too bad as far as cellphone browsers go.
i don't care about the browser. i'm just wondering about the phone. do you like the lg env overall?
yeah, I do a little text messaging here and there, but I liked the razr better for just a phone. I just can't stand typing on 9-keypad vs. the qwerty keyboard.
Oh, and it has a nice camera on it. 2 mega pixels. and you can go up to 1600x1200 resolution. Nice for a quick snapshot or to take a picture and send it to a friend.
is there any free software that will pull transfer data to/from the razr series?
yeah, bitpim will transfer just about anything with cdma phones. the razr is quite a bit easier to mod than the env. You might have to go look up some docs, I think
www.hacktherazr.com is a good source.
and when i say razr, i mean the motorola w385.
when you say "transfer just about anything," do you mean via the filesystem mode? or will it actually pull down and display sms messages nicely?
I know it did music and images. but that was with the v3 series. I didn't do much with sms messages, and I haven't used the w385
