i am again considering forming a non-profit mutual-benefit corporation in the state of montana. i would transfer the domain name thinktankforums.com to the corporation. the corporation would register the service mark "think tank forum" with the uspto.
if i went ahead with this, would anyone be willing to pay to be a ttf inc. member? you would get voting rights and assets upon dissolution of ttf inc.
